After serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps for four years, Tommy went back to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. He currently treats and rehabs athletes and active duty military with various fitness backgrounds. Tommy's interest in coaching peaked once he started incorporating functional fitness into his routines. He has been a CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting Coach for over four years. He loves creating workouts that challenge both the mind and the body. His passion is helping athletes grow and develop through fitness.

Jeremy is the assistant strength and conditioning coach at Huntingdon college located in Montgomery Alabama. He has also been a volunteer assistant strength and conditioning coach for a NCAA Division 1 school located in Alabama. He has programed and implemented training for a variety of men’s and women’s sports at the NCAA level to include football, wrestling, men's and women's soccer, golf and women's basketball and volleyball.
Jeremy earned a Bachelors of Science in fitness conditioning and performance from Auburn University. During Jeremy’s time at Auburn University he played 2 seasons of Lacrosse for the Tigers in the SELC D1 Conference as a defenseman and goalkeeper.
Jeremy is also a veteran of the U.S. Army. Having served 6 years as an Airborne Infantryman and Stryker vehicle commander. He served 2 separate tours in eastern and southern Afghanistan and was honorably discharged in April of 2013.
Armondo Balotti is a national competitor in the sport of weightlifting. He has been training and coaching in this sport for 3 years now working with individuals of all ages and experience levels.
Starting out with the East Carolina Club Weightlifting Team in 2014 Armondo has competed in two University National meets in 2016, 2017 and qualified for the American Open in 2016. In early 2016 Armondo became a Level 1 USAW Sports Performance Coach to help better his ability to teach others.
Since graduating from East Carolina University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology, Armondo has been coaching individuals in the Eastern North Carolina area.

Since working with him I have competed at the 2016 and 2017 University Nationals totaling 200+ kgs in the 62 kg weight class and qualified for the 2016 American Open.
